Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive returned items.
