Shipping and Return Policies
Orders are typically processed within one business day (Monday-Friday). However, please allow more processing time for orders placed during a special promotion or holiday.
Please be sure to double check your shipping information before the order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped with incorrect shipping information.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
I-Prevail Supplements is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, however we will do anything we can to assist with providing necessary information.
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned. In order to be eligible for a return, you must return the item within 15 days of your purchase date.
Please email email@example.com or fill out the form below to request a refund. Please note, the BUYER is responsible for return shipping costs. Included in the return must be the original receipt with the reason for the return written on the receipt. You will receive a refund notification via email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to be processed.
Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of your purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form below to request an exchange. Please note, the BUYER is responsible for cost of exchange shipping costs.
